पाणी साठण्याची ठिकाणे कळवा
पावसाळा सुरू व्हायला आता काही आठवडे राहिले आहेत. पावसाळा म्हटला, की पुणेकरांना सर्वप्रथम आठवण येते ती, खड्ड्यांनी भरलेल्या रस्त्यांची! पुण्यातील गेला पावसाळा खड्ड्यांनीच गाजविला होता. त्यानंतर वर्षभर आपण रस्ते चांगले करण्याची आश्वासनं ऐकतो आहोत. प्रत्यक्षात त्यादृष्टीने काही झाले आहे का? पावसाळा सुरू होण्यापूर्वीच याची पाहणी झाली, तर त्याचा उपयोग होईल ना! आपल्या परिसरातील पावसाळ्यात हमखास पाणी साठून राहण्याच्या जागा कोणत्या? कुठले खड्डे हमखास अपघात घडवतात? पावसामुळे वाहतूक विस्कळित होणारा भाग कोणता? याची माहिती तुम्हीच आम्हाला कळवा. सोबत छायाचित्र असेल तर तेही पाठवून द्या. आपण सारे मिळून पावसाळ्यातला त्रास कमी करण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करू...

PMC had recently placed rule that new roads once constructed will not be allowed to dig again..sort of good indication that they have started thinking along right lines. You know the MAIN REASON which I believe is responsible for all the road digging is not following similar lines of Jangli Maharaj road which was made 20yrs back with all the required ducts for drainage, cables and other lines made well in advance. SO unless that part is organised or facilitated in such a way that they have taken most BASIC REQUIREMENTS into account, DIGGING is gonna remain an issue... SO in short
1. All divisions within PMC need to have proper coordination
2. All the requirements of civic facilities like drainage, cables(mostly underneath REAL footpaths with entrance doors) to be taken into account.
3. To add a point on water clogging...well its pretty logic of gravity, just need right curves of road directing all the water into drain. Now this is in addition for holes guiding them into drainage on high ways and all...
So once again if JM road could be made "20 yrs back" why cant, with all the MODERN facilities like comps, machines we cant achieve THE MOST SIMPLEST DEEDS like that "NOW"??????

बाणेर म्हाळूंगे /बालेवाडी स्टेडियम कडे जाणारा रस्ता,
आत्तापर्यंत बरयाचदा त्याचे काम झाले,
पण या रस्त्यावर मालवणी गझाली होटेल जवळ एक पॅच कधीच डामरी झाला नाही.
या महत्वाच्या रस्त्यावर कुठे पाणी मुरते आहे जरा शोधून बघा.
हा रस्ता म्हणजे पुण्याचे एक गेट आहे.

Water clogging sites on Paud road
1. Exactly in front of DASS showroom or ICICI ATM(Opposite Anandnagar). The road on this side of DASS showroom is at higher side. The road divider acts as a dam wall preventing water to get drained or flow to the lowerside of the road.
2. Near the Kotharud PMT bus depot, opposite of Bandal Constructions office (Near by KPCS office / Bank of Maharastra). The reason is same as above.
3. Sometimes near Spencers or Rawat Brother's showroom. The road here itself is in somewhat low lying area. Drainage system is not that effective here.
